What we collect
When you apply and take part in the program, we collect your application details (name, email, company, role and background), your attendance, your progress, your project results and your certification results.
If you choose to share them, we also collect post-program outcomes, such as role changes and the tools you use.
Why we collect it
To review applications, run the program, and report program results.
Sharing with Clay
We share roster details, attendance, progress, results and outcomes with Clay Labs, Inc., our technology partner, to set up Clay accounts and evaluate the program. Clay shares platform usage and Clay Certification results with us. Each party handles this data as an independent controller and does not sell it.
Age requirement
Participants must be 18 or older.
Retention
We delete program data shared with Clay after the program reporting period ends.
