What is GTM engineering?+
A GTM engineer builds and runs the systems a company uses to find, reach and win customers. It sits between sales, marketing and ops, part strategy, part data, part automation, and it's one of the fastest-growing job titles in tech.
Who can apply, or who is this for?+
Anyone with the instincts and no obvious way in: people in sales, marketing, ops or an unrelated field who think in systems. Most people doing this job today came from a different role, so no prior Clay or coding experience is required.
Do I need to know Clay already?+
No. Day 1 starts from the beginning and the room is deliberately mixed. If you are already advanced, the build blocks scale with you, and the Day 3 automation and CRM work will still be new.
Do I need to code?+
No. You will use AI coding agents to write what needs writing. What you need is systems thinking and a willingness to debug.
When and where exactly?+
Cohort 1 runs three consecutive days starting November 26, 2026, in BGC, Manila. Exact venue details go to the waitlist first, before any public announcement.
How many seats are there?+
Capped at a maximum of 10 students. Every participant's build gets reviewed personally, which caps the room.
Is it live or recorded?+
Fully live and in person. That is the point. The playbooks and templates are yours to keep afterwards.
Will this get me a job?+
No program can promise a job. What this gives you is a real system to show, a portfolio project to walk through, and introductions to companies hiring GTM Engineers where we have them.
What if I cannot make November?+
Say so in the form. We will hold you for the next cohort and tell you about it first.
Can my company pay?+
Yes. Flag it in the form and we will send an invoice plus a short internal justification you can forward to your manager.
